It’s a relaxing kayak tour, so you don’t have to be very fit at all. You do need to be able to swim though. If you’ve never been in a kayak, you should be fine after the 10 minute initial instruction. The kayaks we use are very beginner friendly and are easy to use.

Children under 9 years old come for free. Two adults can bring max. 2 children under 9. When booking you can click on the ‘I am bringing children box’. You will not be charged a deposit for them. Children of any age are under supervision of the caretakers. 

Many people do not have watershoes. You just have to be a bit more careful as some beaches have submerged stones under the sand that could scrape your feet. 

If you do not have water shoes you can also bring flip flops.

Send us a message if you are a group and you require a pick-up at your hotel/apartment. We can try to arrange a pick-up for you, but this is not always possible as in summer transport companies are very busy and a taxi might be the best answer.

Each kayak gets a small waterproof bucket for your small possessions like
phones, keys and wallets. 

For bigger items we advise the trunk of your rental car or alternatively the trunk of our kayak van. 

If the weather is unsuitable for a kayak trip (winds creating unsafe situations, big waves) then you will get a full refund or an alternative date/time.

The tour lasts two hours and 30 minutes. So if your kayak excursion started at 11.00, we will be back on the beach around 13.30. We do not watch the clock too much, so the trip might last half an hour longer. If you started on a different time, just add 2,5 – 3 hours et voila 😉

We have mostly 3 and 4 person kayaks (2 adults + 1 or 2 children). We also have one individual kayak in case we have a day with an uneven number of participants. 

Our kayaks are sit-on-top kayaks, which means that they are suitable for any experience level. You sit on top of the kayak so that it is easy to get in and out (or in this case on top of it) and there is no risk of getting stuck in the kayak if it flips. 

We offer 2 person kayak tours, 3 person kayak excursions etc. If you are only a few persons, you will join with others. Our maximum group size is 12 (divided over 6 kayaks).

If you are a group under 12 (f.e. 9 persons) and you want the tour for just your group, you can buy up the additional seats.
